This is where we get to know you and what you like and don’t like about your current kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, vanity and start to develop your vision for your new kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, vanity. There is a small fee of $150 for this consultation, which is credited to your deposit.

Now we understand your brief, we will prepare and present an initial concept plan for your review. At this stage we can discuss options for the concept design and present you with an estimate of costs.

At this point our customers are confident to proceed in the design process with us. We will present you with an approved design and a copy of our service agreement. A 50% deposit is payable at this stage.

We are now ready to sign off on the final design plan and list the specifications, to get everything in place, ready for manufacturing. At this stage 40% of the agreed fees are paid

Your kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, vanity is now manufactured and installed, to the design specifications. We will be with you every step of the way, to ensure your dreams are realised. The remaining balance of 10% is now payable.
